The EMEA Marketing function is a dynamic, diverse and growing team, playing a critical role in defining and implementing our strategy to drive growth in the region. The EMEA Performance Marketing team is a key pillar in the EMEA Marketing function, delivering pioneering high impact projects to enable our EMEA Marketing Strategy and drive Dexcom’s business success. We maximize the measurable value we deliver through data-driven decision-making, proactive prioritization, world-class expertise & innovation, and hands-on implementation. Working as an integrated team within EMEA Marketing, we are reliable, collaborative partners to regional and local marketing teams, and coordinate execution across all Dexcom internal functions with strong processes, clear roles, and transparent communication.

Where you come in:

Your primary focus will be to support the delivery of high-quality content and campaigns that drive continuous improvements to e-commerce performance from customer acquisition to user retention, with a strong emphasis on performance measurement and operational optimization, across web and email channels.

* You will support the launch of new products and e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance goals.
* You will optimise on-site content and collaborate on copy creation to enhance SEO growth and organic visibility.
* You will support in the development of new features to enhance the journey and execute on-site optimizations through test & learn CRO experiments to improve conversion, documenting insights and implementing changes to deliver measurable CRO impact.
* You will develop email content to enhance customer value through upsell and retention and ongoing engagement.
* You will monitor and analyze performance data and reports across GA4, GTM, SFDC/SFMC, VWO, Tableau, working with the EMEA E-commerce Manager and the EMEA Performance Marketing team to turn data into actionable insights.
* You will support the Ecommerce Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports and insight packs across the EMEA region.
* You will support the creation of new marketing collateral and content aligned with e-commerce strategic objectives, informed by real-world data on performance and impact of our content and channels.
* You will collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA performance marketing, EMEA marketing, commercial IT, and external partners to deliver best-in-class e-commerce experiences.

* You are a digital native quickly able to grasp digital tools and new platforms, with a curiosity to explore trends in online shopping and digital marketing in healthcare.


* You have an intuitive understanding of the e-commerce customer journey and can map these to key digital touchpoints.
* You have a strong analytical mindset, understanding core KPIs and able to translate large datasets into meaningful insights to drive action.
* You have strong writing and visual communication skills including the ability to write compelling content leveraging behavioural insights and SEO principles.
* You are a skilled collaborator with strong communication and interpersonal abilities and can work productively with diverse stakeholders.
* You demonstrate strong project management skills, with proficiency in planning, execution, and monitoring using PM tools such as Asana.
* You thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments, maintaining an organised, efficient, and proactive approach to multiple concurrent projects.
* You have high standards for delivery quality and attention to detail, while able to meet tight deadlines to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
* You are comfortable working with external agencies and vendors to execute complex marketing initiatives.

Experience and Education Requirements:

* Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.



Remote Workplace:

* Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
