Job Description

Neuroscience is one of AbbVie China’s strategic therapeutic focus areas. Under the GBA early access policy, we’re preparing for an exciting launch in the Greater Bay Area.

This position plays a pivotal role in leading the launch of AbbVie's innovative neuroscience assets in designated hospitals across GBA. As a core member of the GBA taskforce, the Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and refine brand strategies.

The role also contributes to building AbbVie’s commercial excellence in neuroscience through early stakeholder engagement, KOL collaboration, and market shaping initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust launch plans to drive patient, market, and financial outcomes
  • Create compelling next-generation brand experiences by leveraging HCP insights and the patient journey
  • Lead execution of key HCP engagement programs
  • Contribute actively to business planning and strategic marketing processes
  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of financial planning across activities
  • Monitor and manage product-level P&L performance
  • Conduct data analysis to provide regular updates and actionable insights to leadership
  • Coordinate with InterCon Commercial Team for alignment and strategic input
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration (Finance, Trade, Medical Affairs, Sales, Key Accounts) across China, regional, and global teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with product pre-launch and GBA market access projects preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for success
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage stakeholders, and resolve issues effectively
  • Business-level fluency in English (written and verbal) required
