ROLE SUMMARY
LITFULO is a first-in-class JAK3/TEC inhibitor approved in June 2023 and the first and only FDA-approved treatment for severe alopecia areata (AA) in adolescents (12–17) and adults. In a category with profound unmet need and rapidly intensifying competition, LITFULO represents not only a therapeutic breakthrough—but a defining growth platform for Pfizer Dermatology.
The US LITFULO Marketing Lead is a high-impact, enterprise-shaping leadership role. This individual will serve as the architect and operator of the brand’s next chapter—driving strategy, performance, innovation, and patient impact in a dynamic and increasingly competitive marketplace.
This leader will own the full brand ecosystem—commercial strategy, access, launch excellence, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership—while building a culture of bold thinking, speed, accountability, and development. The role requires a visionary strategist who thrives in complexity, challenges convention, and leads from the front during a critical acceleration phase.
This is not a “maintenance” role. This is a “scale-and-defend,” lead-and-launch, win-the-future mandate.
