Lunaphore (a Bio‑Techne brand) is seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to support the execution of scientific conferences and field marketing activities across global regions. You will coordinate planning, logistics, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help build complex event agendas that support our scientific outreach, while ensuring alignment with brand and content strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate participation in life sciences’ conferences, seminars, and scientific workshops across EMEA, US, and APAC.
Manage communication and relationships with multiple stakeholders, including commercial teams, internal scientific stakeholders, and external conference organizers.
Support the development of complex scientific event agendas, ensuring alignment of speaker schedules, session topics, and content delivery workflows.
Drive logistics and operational planning including booth vendor(s) coordination and on‑site support.
Propose and execute improvements to event workflows, documentation, and processes to ensure smooth and scalable event execution.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead generation processes and event follow‑up are executed consistently.
Perform KPI setting, metrics tracking, and performance reporting on a regular basis.
Be available for global travel up to 7-8 weeks a year.
Qualifications
Education in Business, Event Management, Life Sciences, or related fields.
At least 5+ years of experience in Event Management in the private sector, managing presence at global conferences including booth exhibitions and symposia. Experience in a scientific, technical, or life sciences environment is a strong plus.
Proficient in English.
